I just have to say WOW!!! I have never cooked Italian foods. Barbara has made this so simple.
I prepared the Vegetable Soup on page 76. The ingriedents were easy to find in our grocery. Easy prep. The house smelled absolutely delicious. Color and total appearence of this soup is very appealing. The flavor even better. I was full after one bowl, but husband just had to have seconds and then a third helping. Where as the ingredients are all Fresh, this is a very filling and healthy meal on these cold days of winter.

It's Julie, wanted to let you know for Sunday dinner last week I made your Rump Roast. That is the absolute best roast that I have ever eaten. It was so tender that it just melts in your mouth, and the flavor was fantastic.

We had some friends that had come over to go snowmobiling with Cliff. They came back from snowmobiling, pretty much charged into the house & said whatever it is we hope it's ready, because it smelled so good. I love your cookbook, it's my new favorite. Thank you so much!!
