B. C. Falco relocated from Southern New Jersey to Winterville, North Carolina 3 years ago.
Brought up in an Italian American family Sundays and holidays were always very special with friends and family around to eat the most delicious Italian meals. Sunday dinners were usually 2:00 pm Sunday afternoons after church services. B.C.’s mother was 1st generation Polish decent, and her father 1st generation Italian. Her mother Helen was an excellent cook and B.C. learned at an early age to cook from her mother and grandmother.
Encouraged by her husband Nick and children Robyn, Gina and Tommy, B.C. started this delicious Italian cookbook 3 years ago and finished August 2005. It is written simply so even someone who doesn’t have a lot of cooking experience will be able to prepare authentic Italian meals with ease. B.C. resides in Winterville, NC with her husband Nick of 26 years, and their faithful companion Kelsie Nicole, the Samoyed.
